The Belgian Confederation of the Horse (BCP) is the national umbrella organization for the equestrian sector, with two governing regional branches: PaardenPunt Vlaanderen (formerly the Flemish Confederation of the Horse – VCP) and the Confédération Wallonie-Bruxelles du Cheval (CWBC), each focused on three pillars: breeding, users, and professions – education.
The BCP is mainly known as the manager of the central database, in which all equines in Belgium are required to be registered.
